Terms of service

After you have placed an order on our webshop will our system automatically sends an order confirmation email to your inbox, if it can't be found, please check in your spam box.

We will, in a normal circumstance, pack and hand in your order within 1-3 weekdays.

If you wanted to cancel your order
Orders, that haven't yet been handed in to the parcel shop, can easily cancel by emailing us with the order number and your full name at info@araya.dk. If we have sent out your order, and you wanted to cancel it, please see "Sales and Shipping Policy". Please note, that if you make a cancellation via email, there will be a bit of waiting time for you to receive a response from us.

Price 
All price of our products is in Danish Crown (DKK) and it's already included Danish VAT of 25%. We will be holding our right to adjust the price according to the situation in the future.

Payment
You can use Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal to pay for your order. This information will be encrypted and transmitted ONLY between the customer and us (araya.dk).
