Refund policy

We comply with the Danish Customer Contacts Act § 17, that our customers have the right to return the product within 14 days after the product is received (Not including Gift Card). You must inform us via email at info@araya.dk prior to the return. If failed to do so, we can't guarantee your refund. The returned product must be in the same shape, size, color, and amount according to the order. The product must also be returned in its original packaging. If failed to do so, we can't guarantee your refund.

The customer must pay for the shipping cost for the returned product.

After we have received the returned product, we will need 1-2 workdays to initiate the refund. The refund will take up to 5 workdays, and the money will be returned in the same manner that the customer have paid us.
