When returning our goods, a return fee of 39 DKK is charged. The goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them, and in the original packaging. We do not accept used goods. For perfumes, you are welcome to try our scents. However, it cannot be the case that the contents of the package are significantly used. Read more under our terms and conditions.
If you wish to return one or more items, you can purchase shipping and receive a package label through our Returns Portal, which you will find below:
You will need your order number from your order confirmation email. Once we have received the package, we will process the case within 5 business days.
When exchanging goods, you must return the goods and place a new order.
