WHAT ARE EAR SEEDS?
Ear seeds are tiny seeds, beads, or metal pellets that are placed on specific points on theouter ear (auricle)as part of a therapy calledauriculotherapy— a form of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) similar to acupuncture.
HOW DO EAR SEEDS WORK?
According to TCM, the ear contains a microsystem of points that correspond to different organs and systems in the body — kind of like a map.
Stimulating these points (by pressing the seeds) is believed to:
- Balance the body’s energy (qi)
- Promote healing
- Relieve symptoms

Ear seeds are single- use only and can be worn up to 5 days depending on the area of the ear where they've been placed,
ARE EAR SEEDS WATERPROOF? CAN I SHOWER/SWIM WITH EAR SEEDS?
With the correct application, ear seeds can be worn in the shower and swimming. They should stay in place for up to 5 days.
CAN EVERYONE USE EAR SEEDS?
Do not use ear seeds if you are allergic to nickel, metal, gold, silver or adhesive. Do not use ear seeds if you are pregnant or if you have a fever. please keep out of reach from children.
