DELIVERY and RETURNS

Question: How do you deliver?

Answer: We primarily use DAO for our deliveries. All orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. Delivery to parcel shops is free on purchases over 399 kr - otherwise it costs 43,5 kr.

Home delivery costs 47 kr. on all purchases.

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Don't worry if the system says that the tracking number is not working as it typically takes 24 hours for the system to update a new delivery.

If you have not received your order within 3 business days, please contact us so that we can contact DAO.

Question: Can I return my product?

We care about our customers and want you to have a great experience with us. That's why we stand behind all our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! This means you can use our products risk-free to test if it's something for you.

Should you, contrary to expectations, be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You can initiate your refund by following our instructions. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to complete the return.

We will strive to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. You will then receive your money back in the same way you paid for the goods. Money will be transferred to you within 5 banking days.

 

GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Question: Are your products safe?

Answer: Yes, we manufacture our products in accordance with Danish chemical legislation and EU standards. We thoroughly test our products before they are put on sale. Both on ourselves and our friends and family.

Question: Are ARAYA products environmentally friendly?

Answer: Yes, we promote Clean Beauty, i.e. using ingredients from the white list. We design and manufacture products with your health in mind. All our ingredients are biodegradable in nature.

Question: Can my order be sent as a gift?

Answer: Yes, we offer to wrap and send gifts for our customers. All you have to do is send an inquiry about this and an order number within 1-2 business days of placing the order to info@araya.dk, and we will wrap the package in gift paper. You will then receive a confirmation with a picture from our customer service.

Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: Yes, you must send an email to info@araya.dk immediately after you have ordered our product. The email must contain the order number and a request to cancel the order. Regarding the return, please go to our terms and conditions to learn more.
