ORDER ISSUE
In the event of delays, backorders or out-of-stock items, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it - for example, give you your money back or help you find a similar item elsewhere.
PAYMENT
ARAYA accepts payment with PayPal, Mobilepay, VISA, Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in Danish kroner (kr. or DKK) and incl. 25% VAT.
DELIVERY
ARAYA strives to ship orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. We ship to every address of Denmark and Germany. We work with DAO and GLS, where you can choose to have the package sent to the nearest parcel shop or to your home. Shipping prices to parcel shops start at DKK 43,50 and Home delivery starts at DKK 47.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, your package will be moved to the nearest available delivery location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact us at info@araya.dk.
Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering. Extended delivery times may occur during busy periods.
Free shipping via DAO home delivery for all orders over DKK 499.
We also offer pick-up points where you can choose to pick up your package directly at our location, Søndervangs Allé 14, 8260 Viby J. You can do so during these opening hours: Monday to Friday 16:00 - 22:00 and Saturday to Sunday 11:00 - 15:00.
*Same day delivery applies to all orders placed before 14:00 on the day, and the address is within a 20 km. radius of our office (Søndervangs Allé 14, 8260 Viby J). Simply choose the correct delivery method and we will serve you quickly! It only costs DKK 29.
Orders placed later than 14:00 will be rescheduled for delivery the following day. We will send you an SMS with an update on the delivery. If you are not present when we arrive at your address, we will leave the package in a safe place, if possible, otherwise we will take the package back and reschedule delivery for the next available day. When the package is placed in a safe place, we will send you a picture of where the package is.

COMPLAINT OF GOODS
There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the product repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. If you complain within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs. Contact us at claim@araya.dk before you want to return your product, so that it will be as easy as possible.
For returns, complaints and exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be sent to: Søndervangs Allé 14C, 2. TH, 8260 Viby J, Denmark. Shipments by cash on delivery are not accepted.
REFUNDERING/RETURNERING/OMBYTNING VED UDSALG
Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged during periods of sale, special offer campaigns or special discounts.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Should you, contrary to expectations, be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You can initiate your refund by following our return portal.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without also notifying us.
Should you cancel your purchase where a free gift is delivered with the order itself, the entire order must be returned.
RETURN
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. This means that you bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
When you return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. To facilitate processing time, you are welcome to enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package.
If you wish to return the item to us, we can assist with a label and we will then credit the shipping cost with your refund of the purchase amount.

You cannot cancel by simply by refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this.
RETURN APPROVAL
You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has major signs of use and the packaging is not in the same condition as when you received it.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount.
REFUND
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase price. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have previously provided documentation of having returned them.
COMPLAINT OPTIONS
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1.110 and a maximum of DKK 100.000. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register and disclose the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with Shopify Inc. and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it.
